Speed and reps
Speed and reps
The tracker follows the weight stack. The app turns that into speed, slowdown and a rep count.
What you see
- Rep speed
- How fast every rep goes up
- Slowdown
- How much your reps drop off
- Reps
- Counted for you, fix with a tap
- Travel
- How far the stack moved
- Time under load
- How long the set took
- Same weight, quicker
- Compared with last time
What it doesn't know
Your exercise or the weight. You pick those in the app, and it remembers the weight for next time.
Reading your sets
Last reps slowing right down? You're close to your limit. Same weight going up quicker than last time? Good sign you're getting stronger. Compare you with you: same machine, same setup.
Fixing a count
On the set result, tap − or + and confirm. The set is marked as adjusted and the tracker's own count is kept, so you can put it back.
If it drops out mid-set
The app keeps the reps it counted and flags the set. Check it and add any missing reps by hand.
Speed is an estimate from how the stack moves, so it’s best for comparing you against you, on the same machine and setup. Counts can be off by one sometimes: fix it with a tap before you save. We’re still testing the final units.
